I don't see why it _should_ be sufficient. For one thing,
the conducted emissions are tested in a narrower frequency
range here in the US, and you might well fail to meet
EN55022 for frequencies you missed looking at.
If you scanned under the same conditions required for 55022
I suppose you could use the results of that much as data...
but even the FCC wants tests done at USA line voltage... and
folks in the EU don't really care what happens at 115 volts;
they want to know how bad things are on their system!
