>From a European point of view, I would have thought that if the test house did such a test (zapped the pins) and it failed, then you didn't get your Certificate of Conformity (or whatever), which means no CE Mark, which means "no can sell", which is not much of a business decision !!! Or am I being simplistic (or even dense !)?
