I have been looking at a number of ATX supplies @ the 300W level. The problem thus far is that they have almost no margin for Class B EMI levels OR they do not pass the EN 60950 normal temperature test at rated load (this is a long story). In any event, we have had the best luck with supplies from Astec, but I think that you will still have an issue with the fan being mounted on the outside of the supply.
