A collaboration between power supply and board designers led to the setup where
the power supply cooling fan blows directly on the processor heat-sink. This
makes it possible to eliminate an extra fan-sink and reduces malfunctions due to
excess heat.  In order to obtain these benefits, the processor must be located
at one end of the board where air from the fan can _ pass over it, and the
chassis must be designed to hold the power supply in the correct position.

Samsung (for one) makes an ATX PS with fan inside. You may want to look at that.

I can't say that inside fan mounting is better, though.

I am looking for a 200W minimum continuous output ATX form factor power

These are readily available, except I need one that has the processor
cooling fan inside the PS/2 enclosure.  Everything that I have seen to
date has the cooling fan mounted outside of the PS/2 enclosure.

Can anyone help?
