Rich, let me muddy the waters a bit. A power cord assembly requires three, yes, three approvals. One each for the wire, the plug and the socket. The HAR marking is just for the wire. An agency mark is required for the plug and the socket. Also, from somewhere in my dark memory, I recall that the HAR marking is not mandatory; rather, a color thread can be used to indicate the agency that has approved the wire. Good luck on the rest.
