The standard defines that as: "Equipment for use in trade, professions, or industries and which is not intended for sale to the general public." The standard further defines that as: ".....high power equipment (> 1kW) for professional use......" I'm crossing a few borders here but, you could define that as equipment which applies CISPR 22 Class A.
