In case of Canada manufacturer, with just EMI label on product could get customs clearance.
Besides of Canada manufacturer, ageny in Korea must get customs clearance with EMI certification with its own name. I already mentioned that any other countries manufacturer get test report in KTL Ottawa and apply for getting certi with its agency name. KTL Ottawa has all of solution for submission and getting certification. KTL Ottawa is in process of getting EMI certification of one large product which is tested in KTL Ottawa and do not have any problem with it. You could get customs clearance within maxium 2 weeks after KTL Ottawa issue the report. Hope the above answers your question.
