Here is the corrected message for Korea Homologation in case of Canada manufacturer.
I made mistake for interfretation meaning of self-declaration. Canada manufacturer can get test report at KTL Ottawa and still need to get approval from Korea RRL by applying test report. Once applicant get final certification from RRL, Canada manufacturer can get customes clearance with EMC label on product. Thus, it is not self-declaration only do not need to send sample to Korea and use KTL Ottawa for getting test report. Sorry for making you confusion.
