For the cost of testing, you shoud contact KTL Ottawa. I don't think cost is same as if it were tested in Korea.
Product has to be tested every year too if it is tested at KTL Ottawa. You could use KTL Ottawa for every year test which is first time tested in Korea. Hope the above answers your question.
