The key word below is "allow."   There is no requirement that one NCB accept
the report of another NCB.  I am aware of one case where a CB Scheme Test
Report from one NCB was refused out of hand by another NCB in the same
country (both shall remain nameless), without any rational qualification.

I like the CB Scheme and often request copies of a CB Scheme Test Reports
and Certificates of vendors.  I intend to continue to use the CB Scheme
where advantageous.  A word of caution, though, to choose NCBs that create
your company's CB Scheme Test Reports carefully and be wary of political and
competitive irrationalities from other NCBs.

Be certain to check the CB Scheme web site to review the NCBs and their
status for a particular product category.  Pay attention to the notes at the
bottom of the table at http://www.cbscheme.org/cbcntris.htm
