Hi Chaz, Yes, that is allowed as part of the new (10/1/97) FCC rules using the DoC procedure - check Part 15 Sec 15.102 (interesting reading). That label certainly generated questions in our group when we first saw it. A related question is what about incorporating one of these PCs INTO a product - it would seem that the "assembler" could change parts (like the motherboard or power supply) and send you back to the OATS for another verification test!!
