These TUV guys again. Let me add this about the power cord: The answer may be that we sometimes have to apply national standards. The GS mark requires the use of such standards. EN60950 references IEC227 for power cords. IEC 227 does not require a specific color for line and neutral. HD 21 that is also referenced is specifying DINVDE0281 which then calls upon DINVDE0293. There we find that yellow/green, blue, brown and black are required. Approved power cords use the correct color scheme. Matthias R. Heinze TUV Rheinland
