Hi Arjen and group
Surely the words tool (and in some
standards keys and coins are described as tools) means that you are
not compelled to use a lock. Any sort of screw fixing or quick
release device is acceptible as long as it requires a "tool" to open
it and the panel has the correct warning labels is OK
Just two UK pennies worth
