The member countries are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, & the UK. Norway and Switzerland are not members of the EU but do accept the CE mark.
