The only way we have been able to get a a non IEC 127 fuse (in a product) through Nemko certification to 60065 or 60950 is when the fuse is internal to the unit and we add a label saying "replace only with manufacturers part no. xyz".

By the way, I have used a SIBA 1 1/4" fuse with IEC 127 characteristics, but with no approvals, in a "self-declared" product !
