Nezam, The way used is the right one. I often use it to demonstrate compliance of accessory card (sound card for example) against FCC Part 15 or EMC directive (EN55022, EN50082-1) requirements.
I don't know if ISDN function need other kind of test, but for EMC I'm sure it's OK.
