IIRC the thing that got us was the requirement that the safety ground be
bolted to the metal chassis. Again, if I recall correctly (it's been about
ten years), we had to work with the filter mfr. on that one.

I have been involved with a monitor that had a PWB-mounted filter, and the
ground was provided through a PWB trace. That trace was subjected to a 1000
A fault test, and passed.
