Peter,

You are confusing Korea with Taiwan.  Compliance Test Labs has been
accredited with BSMI for a long time.  BCIQ changed their name to BSMI.
BSMI is the EMC agency for Taiwan.

KTL is an authorized lab for Korea.  I am not aware of any other lab in
North America that has been authorized by Korea.
