Beware, the 6th edition of IEC60065, clause 4.3.10 calls for a fault
conditions test whereby each group of ventilation openings is blocked in
turn.  Groups of openings are defined as 1) those on the top and 2) those on
the sides and back excluding the front.  It sounds like your product would
fail this test.
