Group, I have an In-Vehicle Computer (ITE equipment) that will be implemented into heavy duty trucks. I am unfamiliar with SAE requirements and only have been told that I will have to be compliant to J1455. I am looking for some clarification on if this is the correct standard, (if it is not then what is) and if this is a compliance issue that has to be addressed or if testing is a matter of choice.
