The former Rome Air Development Center is just down the road from here.
I just wanted to point out that their name was changed to "Rome Labs"
during the 90's.  So, if you don't have any luck with RADC or Rome Air
Development Center, try Rome Labs.  They also have a spin-off dedicated
to reliability called the RAC or Reliability Analysis Center.
