As a quick and simple answer, No. In a single fault condition, one cable becomes lose / detached. The reaming 32 amp capable see the full 63 amps. The result smoke, flame, etc. Expressly forbidden in some standards and knocked out by others under the single fault conditions.
Only way to do this is to fuse each cable individually to 32 amps. Then it might be allowed depending on the exact configuration of the circuit.
