The trick is to do that. The 'two screw' thing is a 'sacred cow'
(perhaps copied from IEC/EN60335-1 without too much insight)  that
people avoid if at all possible. AFAICS, a bolt, serrated washer and nut
is even more reliable than a thread-forming screw.
