All,

Just last night, I was re-reading the procedures for
Verification (e.g. for Class A ITE) and Declaration of Conformity
(e.g. for Class B ITE.)

For products subject to Certification, refer to 47CFR2.938,
Retention of Records.

For products subject to Verification, refer to 47CFRF2.955,
Retention of Records.

For products subject to the Declaration of Conformity procedure,
refer to 47CRF2.1075, Retention of Records.

(To download, go to:

        http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/index.html#page1

In the search terms field, type:

                "47CFR2" AND "Retention"

This will produce all three sections above, Part 2 in its entirety,
and 47CRF2 Subpart J--Equipment Authorization Procedures,
which defines the three procedures.

Regards,
Dan
