I'm not sure if the official EU language of Cyprus includes Turkish just yet as that is the main dispute between EC and Turkey. The Turkish occupied territory of Cyprus, which is not included in the EC decision, is the part where Turkish is spoken. In the un-occupied part, Cyprus, Greek is spoken.
