Hello to the group: I have recently been tasked with developing a product safety audit for our new and existing products. We manufacture precision tracking radar's used by the US and other (European and Asian) defense departments at aircraft and weapons test ranges.
I have only experience with Occupational Safety and Health, and that seems a good place to start, with 40CFR1910 (OSHA). I have a copy of BS7671:1992 also, but it seems to address only electrical safety. Does anyone have a sample product safety audit to share that I can use as a template to get started?
