We are about to make a purchase of surge and EFT test equipment, and I have a couple of questions about coupling-decoupling networks:
1. Why do some test equipment companies sell different CDN's for surge than for EFT, while other companies manage to put out single designs usable for both? 2. Can 3-phase CDN's be used for single-phase equipment, or do we need to 2 CDN's? Thanks in advance for your help. Jim Eichner, P.Eng.
