HI all

We have a wireless product (data transmission, NOT in continuous mode) that
is for US and EU, and we would like to check if we can use 863MHz for
transmission for US markets or not. Look like we can make use of FCC part
15.231, however we were told that it is not allowed to use 863MHz in US
because some mobile phones system are using around this frequency band.
Does anyone has any idea if really that use of 863MHz is not allowed for
low power device?

Thanks
KC Chan
