Ken, I was simply providing an alternate solution which people can choose to use, or not, as they wish. If higher frequencies are not an issue then people do not need to be concerned with them, but that does not rule out the use of a four terminal resistor.

If you are interested in something faster than that you also need to stabilize and standardize the line impedance.
