I understand from our UL representative that IEC61010-1/UL61010-1 has evolved to a second edtion. I have been caught off gurard for this change and do not have access to this update. I am in the middle of a lot of circuit changes in layout and am caught in a tight spot. Would someone please give me a highlight of the changes relative to my Power Supply circuit? I understand from the UL rep that annex D is gone and that I can interpolate for the voltage of the circuit. If you haven't seen my other emails on the topic - the Power supply specificaiton is:
* 120-240VAC (-45/+20% excursion) 110-250VDC (+/-20% excursion) * Note that the storage cap could reach 350VDC with nominal input of 240VAC or 250VDC) * Overvoltage Catagory 3 * Pollution degree 2 Bottom line is that I am trying to dertmine Creepage and Clearance (C&C) for this design and do not know what the impact is of this 2nd edition.
