Not at this time. All EMC (emissions and immunity) testing must be performed in China (for intentional radiators, expect more or alternate testing). As for safety, an up-to-date CB cert/report should suffice, but without the CB, expect safety testing to be performed in China. Telephony/homologation testing must also be performed in China, but the CCC certification does not include this. IHTH.
