Several posts may have answered your question, but just wanted to add a few
comments you might be interested.

As per current CCC implementation rules, all testing is required to be
performed in China BY BOOK, but you may have heard CCC On-Site Testing
program.

SIEMIC has successfully helped several US manufacturers achieved on-site CCC
testing, of cours, certain conditions apply.

If you are interested to learn more of CCC on-site testing program and find
out if you are eligible to apply, pls contact myself or [email protected]
off line.

In addition, if your product is telecom related, you particularly should
consult SIEMIC (in China's telecom market for many years) before you should
proceed....many tricks in the trade you will learn....
