Hello group, Anyone who knows about the requirements of UL 2043 (plenum rated). We design a WLAN access point that should be plenum rated against UL2043. The enclosure should be of metallic. The product could be placed in air handling spaces.
Question 1: How about the external place antennas. How can we meet the requirements in UL2043 for the antennas? Question 2: Do we need to do test on a metallic enclosure against UL 2043 or is it only paper work to have it certified? Question 3: How about the attached cables (DSL-, LAN-, power input cable POE or AC/DC adapter and WAN cable). Must they also meet the requirements for UL2043.
