Strictly speaking it is not necessary to meet any standards to fit the CE
Marking to a product.  If a manufacturer chooses to use Harmonised Standards
then one would hope that the manufacture will read and apply the scope of the
standard.  Other than that, you could always ask the manufacturer what
standards they meet!
