EN 50371 (Generic standard to demonstrate the compliance of low power electronic and electrical apparatus with the basic restrictions related to human exposure to electromagnetic fields - 10 MHz to 300 GHz) is harmonized under the R&TTE Directive and has a DOW of October 1, 2004. This document provides exposure limits but does not provide test methods. It references two other documents (EN ISO/IEC 17025 and Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC of 12 July 1999) Neither of these documents have test methods nor do they reference any documents that do. In this case, what test methods are valid? Or can you use any test method that you deem to be valid as long as you document the test method used?
