Don't forget, Scott, that there are also the OSM Decisions for the EU. These are downloadable through links on the CB Scheme web site (http://www.cbscheme.org). I'm not aware of a single location where all deviations are located; not even the CB Bulletin, since it doesn't seem to include the OSM Decisions. Regards, Peter L.
