Hello all, Thank you everyone. We may have corrected the problem by going to medical grade line filters and specifying lower leakage for the fourth power supply. Also, dealing with legacy power supplies can be a pain. I would love to consolidate the power supplies but sometimes it is not possible because of design constraints, especially when the problem crops up with current production units that you are trying to make enhancements to.
