Dear Experts,

      I am in the process of declaring the FCC Part 15 class 'A',
compliance for an add on card manufactured by us. This card will be part of
a panel and the panel contains additional PCBAs. The card has been tested
for compliancy by assembling into a panel. The panel (which is not
manufactured by us) is an FCC compliant one and has its own DoC for part 15
class 'A'.
      This card is a digital device which just receive digital data from
some external device (through cable) process it and send the processed
digital data to one of the PCBAs of the panel. D.C. 12 volts power for this
card is provided by the panel. No RF transmitter / receiver is involved
either in the panel nor in the card.
      What details my test report should have and how my DoC should be?
Your expert guidelines are requested.

Sincerely

K.Balasubramanian
Project Leader - Hardware.
