Pierre, Out of over 2,800 electronics books in my personal library, Grounding and Noise Reduction Practices, published by SDS Data Systems in Pomona, California immediately comes to mind. This book was sponsored by the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Laboratory. I can't find a copyright date or publishing date on my copy, but the book cost $10.00 new, and all of the references in the bibliography are dated from 1918 to 1964.
You might be able to borrow a copy from a local library (maybe through interlibrary loan). Or you may be able to buy a copy via the Internet, >from one of the book sellers listed on my web page http://www.dbicorporation.com/sources.htm John Barnes KS4GL, PE, NCE, ESDC Eng, PSE, SM IEEE dBi Corporation http://www.dbicorporation.com/ This message is from the IEEE Product Safety Engineering Society emc-pstc discussion list.
