Anecdotal reports of early experience with consumer electronic products
in the UK technical press ('Television' magazine) are not encouraging.
Bad joints have been a problem in consumer electronic products for some
years, and lead-free solder seems to be making matters worse. This may
simply be due to lack of experience in high-speed production.
