No I agree with John on industrial environments because 61000-3-2 and
61000-3-3 apply to the public power mains. My statement was a general one
that if 61000-3-2 and 61000-3-3 apply then they must be complied to
regardless of what another standard says. In my copy of the standard, the
last sentence of the introduction says: "This section is a Product Family
Standard"

family standards unto themselves?
