As far as the LVD and EMCD are concerned, if the specification has not been altered, there is no obligation to comply with the current requirements. But if it has been altered, it must comply. > But that may not apply to the RoHS and WEEE Directives, especially as they are not 'New Approach' Directives, which tend to be more practicable that the other sort.
