You will need data to show that the unit is in calibration and data to show
that the calibrating equipment is traceable to National standards. You
should also keep the incoming shipping paperwork to show when it was put
into service.

Dear All,

My company’s EMC test laboratory is preparing for ISO17025 Accreditation.
In view of this, when we purchase new test equipment, is it sufficient to
have the following accompanied:

      1) Traceable Calibration certificate only? or
      2) Accredited Calibration certificate only? Or
      3) Traceable calibration certificate and calibration report? Or
      4) Accredited Calibration certificate and calibration report?

Many equipment only comes with item (1). My concern if it is sufficient for
ISO17025.

Please advise. Thanks.

Regards,
Wendy Nya
