If it has a 20 A fuse, that exceeds the current rating of normal wall-sockets, which is 13 A in UK and 16 A in most other European countries. Of course, there are industrial outlets that have higher ratings, but I think you have to go to 32 A as the next step (assuming this is all at 230 V).
