Do you mean the latest version adopted by CENELEC, which you can find by using the search box (enter 55024) at: http://www.cenelec.org/Cenelec/Homepage.htm or the latest version 'notified' in the Official Journal, which may be an earlier version, and can be found with considerable difficulty at: http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/pri/en/oj/dat/2004/c_098/c_09820040423en0008 0021.pdf Watch out for the line wrap.
