My original question had nothing to do with SAR, because I'm talking about devices which deliver rf power "galvanically" to the patient skin, by means of an electrode.
Is it reasonable to assume that for frequencies above 100 kHz, a direct application of rf current to the human skin is very unlikely (or unable) to cause ventricular fibrillation?
