Not necessarily. You need to check both conditions.

That's what I advised you to find out by testing.

Ask for a test board with a succession of traces of different widths and 
test them, starting with the widest, so you don't damage the board until 
you hit the first one that's too narrow. This is much quicker than 
deliberating about it, and the result is much more certain. You could 
have a proven answer 30 minutes after getting the test board.
