Yes, another example of the problems with the concept of 'EMC 
environment'. This has given the mobile phone people some headaches. If 
your mobile phone reception is poor (due to low signal strength or 
interference), what do you do? Well all of us here would simply move to 
a different place, but the fear is that the non-technical user will just 
complain to the service provider.

I'm not so sure: I think people are learning quite quickly. It is 
reported that one hotel in Scotland advises guests, 'Your mobile phone 
will work if you stand under the third tree on the left in the garden'.
