All, IEC 62061 is the umbrella standard that covers installations comprised of equipment that may meet either ISO 13849-1, primarily for hardware based systems, and IEC 61508-X for soft and firmware based control systems.
If you are designing a product, you will need to be looking at one or both of the latter standards. If you are integrating a larger system, then IEC 62061, or EN 62061, is your guide.
