Only the non-platform world has adopted the convention that the required immunity signal is specified as cw, with the amplitude modulation then adding to the peak field strength. The platform world (military, aerospace, and automotive) have all used the convention that the required susceptibility signal is specified as the peak of the modulation envelope. -- Ken Javor
